Experience when judgement matters........
Anthony Manze Security Management (AMSM) was founded in 2022 by Tony Manze. Following over 30 years in law enforcement, with primary roles across investigation of serious crime, Intelligence, Protective security and crisis management.
As a leader within Royalty and Specialist Protection Command, Tony led and delivered protective operations for members of the Royal Family, Prime Ministers, senior government figures and visiting Heads of State in the UK and overseas. His responsibilities included close protection, protective intelligence, specialist team leadership and the planning of complex security operations.
His expertise extends beyond traditional protective security. As an experienced Hostage and Crisis Negotiator, managing organised crime investigations and behavioural threat assessment, he developed a particular understanding of people, uncertainty and risk. This includes the importance of making sound decisions when circumstances are changing quickly.
AMSM was created to bring that experience into different environments.
Today, we support organisations, executives, private clients and families who want experienced, independent advice without unnecessary complexity. Our focus is effective security that protects people and their property, without creating unnecessary barriers to the way they live, work or operate.
Our approach starts by understanding the client rather than selling a predetermined solution. We consider the circumstances, the people involved and the risks that genuinely matter before recommending measures that are proportionate, practical and appropriate.
Sometimes that means strengthening security. Sometimes it means improving planning, procedures, training or awareness. Good advice also means recognising when additional expenditure is not necessary.
Whatever the requirement, our aim is the same:
To provide calm, considered advice that protects what matters without unnecessarily restricting the way our clients live, work or operate.
Experience informs us. Judgement defines us.
